Tali Raphaely has over a decade worth of experience as an attorney, specializing in real estate transactions, wills and trusts, estate planning and commercial transactions.
He was awarded a full tuition scholarship by the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law primarily based on his 91% score on his LSAT, the mandatory standardized test taken as a prerequisite to becoming accepted to law school. While in law school, he was chosen to serve as an intern for one semester at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where he worked closely on developing policies and structuring agreements with world leaders on a daily basis. He graduated law school in the top 5% of his class with Magna Cum Laude Honors.
After he graduated law school, he was awarded the great honor and privilege of starting his legal career as a Law Clerk for two highly respected Judges in the very prestigious Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. He first served as a law clerk for the Honorable Raymond G. Thieme, Jr. for one year and then, upon Judge Thieme’s retirement, Raphaely was fortunate to be asked to stay on and serve as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr. for an additional year. While providing his service at the court, he was actively involved in the drafting of numerous published appellate court opinions that still remain the authoritative law on the legal topics these cases and opinions addressed. The knowledge and education he gained while working closely with, and getting to know, these two highly respected, admired and accomplished Judges provided Raphaely with an invaluable insight and understanding of our legal system that very few attorneys are ever lucky enough to experience.
Subsequent to providing his service as a law clerk in the Court of Special Appeals, he joined a prominent law firm in Baltimore, Maryland as a litigation attorney, where he learned litigation fundamentals first hand from some of the area’s best attorneys. He then went on to specialize his legal practice on real estate transactions and related complex commercial transactions, where he has become an authority and prominent figure in his field.
