Raphaely is the Founder and Executive Director of the Discrimination Free Zone Foundation, a social movement he recently launched with the mission of ending discrimination worldwide. This is his most recent endeavor, and he is currently working diligently on garnering support to end discrimination by encouraging individuals, companies and organizations to create Discrimination Free Zones. Supporters pledge not to discriminate against others based on race, color, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, age or disability and also inform others that they will not participate in behavior involving discrimination.
